These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules for accessing our website and educational programs. By engaging with our services, you consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. **Enrollment Acknowledgment**
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to Hello Ellington’s Terms & Conditions, including the applicable payment, cancellation, and refund policies.
Participant Responsibilities & Service Guidelines
1. Eligibility
Access is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm you meet this legal capacity.
2. Secure Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HE Academy account and must notify us of any unauthorized activity.
3. Professional Conduct
We maintain a professional environment. Harassment or discriminatory behavior toward our staff, instructors, or other participants is strictly forbidden.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use our platform for unlawful acts, distribute malicious code, or attempt to bypass system security.
5. Professional Confidentiality
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of information shared within group learning environments.
6. Legal Compliance
You must adhere to all local, state, and international regulations while using our services.
Intellectual Property Rights
1. Hello Ellington Assets
All materials provided, including curricula, videos, and graphics, are copyrighted works owned by Hello Ellington. We grant you a limited license for personal educational use only.
2. Usage Limitations
You may not redistribute, modify, or sell our program materials without our explicit written consent. Sharing internal recordings or course downloads is strictly prohibited.
3. Submitted Materials
If you submit content for review or discussion, you retain ownership while granting Hello Ellington a royalty-free license to use that content to facilitate our service delivery.
4. Content Oversight
We reserve the right to moderate or remove any participant-submitted content that violates our professional standards.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
1. HE Academy
Enrollment is finalized upon receipt of payment. Participants are subject to the specific refund and cancellation deadlines listed during the registration for their chosen program. While we strive to accommodate transfers or participant substitutions where feasible, these are not guaranteed. If Hello Ellington cancels or reschedules a session, we will provide notice and applicable options for credit or reimbursement. Missed sessions are generally not eligible for refunds.
2. Business & Organizational Services
Financial terms, including payment schedules, deposits, and cancellation policies, are dictated by the specific Proposal, Statement of Work, or Service Agreement signed between Hello Ellington and the Client. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a signed agreement, the terms of the signed agreement shall prevail.
3. Government & Public-Sector Contracts
Payments, terminations, and modifications for government contracts are governed strictly by the controlling procurement terms, purchase orders, or solicitation requirements associated with the award.
4. General Disclaimers
Our services provide educational frameworks but do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice. We make no specific guarantees regarding organizational outcomes. Services are provided on an 'as-is' basis.
5. Liability & Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, Hello Ellington’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Users agree to indemnify Hello Ellington against claims arising from their misuse of our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes will be settled in the state or federal courts of South Carolina.
